Abstract:
Проведено исследование ценопопуляции редкого вида Astragalus olchonensis Gontsch. - узколокального эндемика о-ва Ольхон (оз. Байкал) Иркутской обл. В 2005 г. изучена изменчивость морфологических признаков, в 2009 г. определены внутрипопуляционная генетическая изменчивость и демографические показатели популяции на участках с различной антропогенной нагрузкой.

Name in english: State of populations of the endemic species Astragalus olchonensis (Fabaceae) on the Olkhon Island (Baikal Lake)

Abstract in english:
A cenopopulation of the rare species Astragalus olchonensis Gontsch. was studied. It is endemic of Olchon Island (Baikal Lake, Irkutsk Region). The cenopopulation under study occurs in two different plots. Its morphological characters and ontogenetic spectra were analysed, demographic indexes and the value of intraspecific genetic variability were determined. Ecological density of the population was low. Part of population near the shore was determined as aging, its plants being depressed. Small heterogeneity of electrophoretic spectrum of seed storage proteins and low intraspecific variability give evidence for degradation in the cenopopulation.
