Abstract:
Изучены пыльцевые зерна 33 видов, принадлежащих к 5 подродам и 10 секциям рода Plantago L. s. l. Разработаны их детальные палиноморфологические характеристики. Для пыльцевых зерен характерны сфероидальная, изредка сплющенно-сфероидальная форма, округлое очертание; преимущественно средние, реже мелкие размеры, число пор от (3) 4 до 14. Установлено два типа скульптуры поверхности мезопориумов: шипиковатый и шипиковато-бугорчатый. В пределах шипиковато-бугорчатого типа выделены 3 подтипа: шипиковато-сглаженнобугорчатый, шипиковато-мелкобугорчатый и шипиковато-крупнобугорчатый. Полученные палиноморфологические данные сопоставлены с новой системой рода (Ronsted et al., 2002), уточненной по результатам молекулярно-филогенетических исследований. Установлено, что диагностическими признаками при разграничении видов, подсекций и секций рода Plantago являются особенности скульптуры поверхности мезопориумов, наличие или отсутствие ободка и крышечки, а также размер пыльцы и число пор. Детальное изучение особенностей пыльцы Plantago и Littorella в сканирующем и трансмиссионном электронном микроскопах подтвердило мнение о самостоятельности последнего.

Name in english: Comparative palynomorphological characterization of the genera Plantago and Litorella (Plantaginaceae) in relation to taxonomy

Abstract in english:
Pollen grains of 33 species of Plantago L. s. l. of the world flora were studied. Their detailed palynomorphological descriptions are provided. The studied pollen grains are spheroidal, sometimes oblate-spheroidal, circular in outline; mostly medium-sized or sometimes small; pores (3)4 to 14 in number. Two types of the mesoporium surface sculpture are distinguished: spinulose-tuberculate and spinulose. Within the spinulose-tuberculate type the following subtypes are identified: with smoothed tubercles, with small tubercles, and with large tubercles. The diagnostic characters for species and species groups in the genus Plantago are peculiarities of the mesoporium surface sculpture, presence/absence of an an-nulus and operculum, and also the pollen grain size and number of pores. Pollen peculiarities in general do not contradict the current placement of Plantago species in sections according to a new system (Ronsted et al., 2002) that incorporates molecular phylogenetic data. However, sections Plantago and Albicans are non-uniform in their pollen morphology and probably deserve further critical taxonomic revision. The detail investigation of pollen peculiarities Plantago and Littorella with scainning and transmission electron microscopies confirmed of independence of Littorella.
